I like the fact that it is all natural with no fillers. I take it usually once a day in a rounded quarter teaspoon and usually use it in a small amount of juice or other liquid. It does not dissolve completely so I use a little more liquid in the glass to wash it down. Will not use another calcium supplement after being very satisfied with this product.
love the magnesium calcium combo from trusted source. Tasteless so I mix it with my fiber drink in the AM
