It stops my leg cramps

I use it when needed to stop my leg cramps. It works for me.

Worked Very Well

I was having chronic back pain and when I started taking this product the pain started to subside. It didn't eliminate it but it did help with the healing process that helped turn the corner from excruciating pain to a much more manageable level that where I finally started to feel some relief. That was a very good thing! Love less pain and healing that became noticeable.

Perfection!!

Anything UNDA makes is wonderful. The individual doses of magnesium are so easy and portable. Love this stuff!

Didn't work for me

My Naturopathic doctor gave me these but I reacted poorly to them. I am highly sensitive to corn and the glucose in them caused my mouth and throat to swell. I became very irritable and found I had a loss of patience. Highly disappointed in this product.
