Although they are listed as "capsules," they are actually tablets. My doctor recommended these chewable Vitamin D tablets because they are so easy to take. They taste like Juicy Fruit gum! Love them. Wouldn't take any other Vitamin D supplement.

They taste great and they're chewable so it's easy to remember to take them. But the best part is that it increased my Vitamin D blood levels from below normal range to normal range in a matter of a couple of months.
