Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for.

Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.

Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Does what it says without any of the fillers I see in other brands. Will be a staple in my cabinet.

A few weeks in and I can tell the difference in my energy and recovery. Solid product.
