Good quality, staple in my daily routine
I was "prescribed" a different version of this brand of vitamin C years ago. The source became scarce, so I moved to this version of ingredients. I take quite a bit a day without adverse effect, but I've been told everyone's body absorbs vitamin C differently. This is my go-to brand for quality.<br /><br />** Note - don't quote me on the use for these. I'm a firm believer in doctor input for medications and supplements.
