Read the dosage and suggested serving size

I like these capsules better than the tablets because they're easier to swallow and easier to digest and absorb. I have been pleased with Nature's Plus, and have bought their products for years. Last month, when a bought a container of multivitamins, I thought I was buying the tablets and was surprised when capsules came. I was able to learn while taking the capsules that I like the capsules better. HOWEVER...I also did not realize when buying these that the suggested serving size is 9 capsules!!! The whole container only lasts 10 days, then. I looked at the vitamin percentages on the nutrition label, and I decided I was going to cut the 9 capsules down to 3 capsules a day, and I figured I was still getting the nutrients I needed. Even when taking 3, I was noticing my urine turning a darker color, so I'm thinking I definitely don't need 9 capsules. If I were to use 3 capsules a day, buying this container is actually cheaper than buying the tablets and using 3 tablets a day. Between decreasing the dosage and eating healthier, I think I'm doing what I need to do.

Suggested 9 capsules once daily

I've never seen a supplement or medication sold in 10 day supplies without it being marketed as such til now. I bought this at the suggestion of a GNC employee as an alternate to the Advocare daily packets. I thought it would be less expensive and fewer capsules to swallow. Its not... smh. Back to Advocare after the 20 day supply gets used. 🤣

Misleading...

First, I have to say that I love the Nature's Plus Source of Life Gold tablets. At about 38 bucks, there is a 90 count 30 day supply and though the pills are a bit large, I love the way that I feel when I am taking them consistently. That said, I thought I was getting an awesome bargain when I purchased these in capsule form, again 90 count, at a whole 18 dollars less. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the serving size is 9 CAPSULES verses the 3 TABLETS per day... So instead of a 30 day supply, this is only a 10 day supply. I guess I may have missed it in the product description but to me this is a bit misleading especially if someone is familiar with the Source of Life Gold product line. In essence, I will return back to the capsules and realize the truth - if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I’ve been taking these for years, won’t take anything else!

I’ve been taking these vitamins in so many different forms for so many years. Since these are mini caplets, the dose is for nine. That’s ridiculous, I don’t think I could eat nine of anything except M&Ms! I take Three or four a day and they are wonderful. No aftertaste, gas, can take them on an empty stomach. I have also used the liquid and the tablets. My diet is not great, so having a supplement that contains all of the super foods is very important to me. These are excellent.

NINE CAPSUILES PER SERVING!!!

This is just a ridiculous product that should be removed from Amazon. NINE CAPSULES PER SERVING. This bottle only has 10 servings in it. Buy the SOURCE OF LIFE GOLD ***TABLETS*** instead.

CHECK SERVING SIZE!

Look at the serving size! 9 tablets/day! Very expensive supplement! The liquid version is a better value.
