Percentage amounts listed for product do not match product received. Also, on the bottle I received, there was a sticker placed over the percentages, presumably to hide it. I had to peel it off, to see the amounts are wildly different from the label picture on Amazon, which appears to be doctored in their picture, as the mg listed are the same, but the daily value percentages are all actually over well over100%, with the biotin being 1000%.

I am so grateful to find active B vitamins in smaller doses! I'd been taking B's individually, and having to break some of them into little bits to get smaller doses, because I get side effects from high doses. This B complex is perfect. All the right forms of the B's are here, including folinic acid (calcium folinate), which is slightly different from methylfolate and better tolerated by some people. And what an amazing gift that I don't have to break the pills into tiny crumbs! I'm taking two per day, which is about right for me, as I am truly hypersensitive. For most people that would be a small amount, but on that dose I feel a marked improvement in my mood and mental sharpness. If you're sensitive and can't take mega-dose vitamins, this is a great product.

I don’t trust the seller. The company and product may be fine. I wished I had read ither reviews because the label on the bottle is not what you see when ordering the products. The daily percentages are all different. The mg are the same. If you don’t know how many mg are recommended daily you may not be getting what you want. Check the previous reviews that have an actual photo of lable for correct persentages.

Feel very good with this product. Can't tolerate higher doses. This product is just right.

I have used this product for quite a while, many months, and had great results. Those who are concerned about the percentages changing, without the amounts changing, are just concerned about nothing. This is likely caused by the recommended daily amounts changing. So they haven't changed the formula from what is shown in the product photo, just the % of daily value. You're still getting the exact same product. The percentages are set by the government, and those can change when the recommendations change. The formula itself has not changed. One review said a label was put over the percentages, but if you look closely you can see that it's just the normal Amazon label and it has to be put somewhere. Maybe that reviewer works for a competitor. Anyway, I've used this product for a long time and it works great for me. It's not available right now, which is sad. I hope it comes back soon.

You don't have to take with food but I always try to. Recommended to me by my trainer, have been taking for a couple of years along with vitamin D. After a certain age some vitamins are a must. This B along with D are very important.
