I was skeptical this one might not be great with how much you get for the price, but decided why not try. Noticeable change in how I feel on the daily after switching to this one from my last, which was a great vit C from our local health foods store. I would highly recommend!

I prefer this Brand 'Kirkland" because its effective and my body absorbed easily and boost my immune system. With other brand i have tried, it's not that effective as Kirkland.

We have taken vitamin C for years. We haven't had a cold or flu in about the same time frame. We believe Vitamin C has played a part in that. I had cancer several years ago and was concerned I would not be able to have needed surgery if I had a cold. Everytime someone around me showed signs of a cold, I took thousands of Vitamin C mg every few hours. This happened about 4 times and all 4 times my cancer symptons stopped. I asked the Dr. about it and she said " All I can say is that Vitamin C promotes healthy tissue".

Excellent quality at a great price: I've been using these for years (4 grams a day) and hardly ever get sick :-).

As with all vitamins, who know it the work or not, all I can say is that I don't get colds or flu
