Claims "the calcium and magnesium in this product are bonded with natural citric acid to form calcium citrate and magnesium citrate." That is why I bought those. The bottle just arrived and states magnesium oxide. No wonder they don't show the ingredients, preferring, it seems, to mislead. Very disappointed and will not trust this product line going forward.

I do not like that serving size is 6 capsules. If you don't mind that, then you have about a months worth. I'll buy another brand next time because of the serving size.

Learned that the daily dosage was 6 tablets. Product description made no reference to that or I would not have ordered this product. The pill container indicates a 6/day dosage to achieve only 77% of rda of 1000mg of CA. My 1st disappointment from an Amazon purchase.

So it takes six of these capsules to get the full 1000 mg of calcium, 500 mg of magnesium, and 1000 iu of vitamin D.<br /><br />Also, this means that this 180 capsule bottle is only a 30 day supply.

I guess it's OK but it contains very little Vitamin D and it's D2, not the good kind, D3. I take 1000 mg D3 daily with it and I only take 2 pills since I get calcium in my food.

I have been using this product for a long time. I have tried other calcium/magnesium supplements and they just don't cut it. These are easy to swallow (even though you have to take 6 per day to get dosage). You just divide and take a couple times a day. Anyway, they are absorbed into the system and being calcium citrate the body utilizes the full dosage. They also contain Vit. D so you are doing the right thing by your health. TRY 'EM !!
