My digestive system was so stopped up it felt like I had no peristalsis at all. I use the 24 billion and what food goes in comes out every day now absolutely effortlessly. WOW. I can even eat meat again.<br />Why didn't I know about this sooner? I want my grandchildren on Udo too. They have constant colds, earaches, etc. We'll have to see if it helps them too.

I probably didn't read the description closely enough before I bought it, but I didn't realize that I was buying a probiotic for seniors. I thought that the word "Advanced" in the name meant that it was a more complex probiotic--not that it was for those advanced in age. I laughed when I opened the box and realized my mistake. Even though I'm just approaching middle age, I read the ingredients and decided to take the probiotic anyway. It seems to work well.

I was told by my Dr. to take a probiotic while on antibiotics. I tried this one several years ago and have found no reason to change. Works great in helping digestion and helps prevent yeast infections.

Would have given 5 stars but it must be kept refrigerated. I use this for myself & the infant one for my children. I also break this open & use in my neti pot when I get sick and it wipes out whatever I have in a flash. It burns a little more than when I just use the salt in my neti pot but I'll take that momentary burning sensation over being sick. I would definitely recommend this product, it's pricey but worth it in my opinion.

There's a way you can test if your probiotics actually contain any live bacteria. You open the capsule into a small container of milk and let it sit. If there are live cultures it should stat to curdle the milk and eventually form a sort of yogurt. I bought this yesterday from Whole Foods in the refrigerated section. Came home and tested it. Nothing. All i was left with after 12 hours was watery milk

I spotted the delivery van pulling away the afternoon and picked up my package at the door immediately. When I opened it I was stunned that the bottle was very warm. Obviously the van wasn't using AC where the packages were stored and the afternoon temperature was around 90. The package had no label with instructions to &#34;keep in a cool place&#34;. Can't blame the van driver on this. I emailed the seller and left my phone number as they need to know this. I never heard back. I will never buy probiotics online again.
