I have used the combination of Enzalase/Theralac/Tru Fiber for the past five years. It has helped curtail bloating (sometimes forget to take it), keeps me regular, and at age 77 no longer suffer from flatulence, which can be so-o embarrassing. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the refrigeration suggested. I often wonder if a product that has set on a shelf for who knows how long, then shipped without refrigeration is still active. When I called the manufacturer they said there was an expiration date on the label. The last bottle I bought (through Amazon.com) had a second totally unremovable label which covered the date. When I called Amazon.com they were very helpful and would give me full credit. I have just reordered. It will be interesting to see if this new shipment also has a label covering the date. This is the best enzyme on the market. I have a serious need for enzymes, and I have tried just about every brand. Enzalase definitely does the job. My only complaint was the shipping. It sat for three days in a lazy delivery persons hot truck. I will purchase Enzalase elsewhere because of it.
