Helped increase my bone mass so I don't have osteopenia anymore. Taken with calcium supplements and some exercise.

Hard-to-find dosage is a little hard to swallow....
My doctor specifically recommended lower dose Vitamin D - 400 mg daily if I could find it. It's hard to find a dose below 1000 in many drugstores, so I was glad to find it here.<br /><br />No complaints about product except one: I usually don't have any problems swallowing pills, even really big ones. But this vitamin, while small, is round, dry/chalky, and has un-rounded/un-smoothed edges. Which means sometimes it sticks in the back of my throat when I try to swallow it. I've gotten better at it, but it's annoying. Takes some effort, and I have to have water (which I usually don't need to swallow other pills.)<br /><br />These would be ideal if they rounded them and/or could coat them.<br /><br />If you have trouble swallowing pills, I would not recommend them.

Selling almost expired vitamins
Expires in less days then pills are in the bottle. These are OLD
