I hav e used this product regularly for over 20 years and believe it has contributed to my good health at age 81.

My doctor prescribed these vitamins for me to take in connection with my LDA therapy. I've been taking them 11 days before my injection and for 3 weeks after it. I can feel more energy and clearer thinking within 4 days of taking them. I discovered that this formulation supports a complex body chemistry called methylation. Methylation issues are a common reason people feel sluggish. I'm so glad I found these vitamins.

Have to take 6 of these daily to compare to Pure One Multivitamin. Not a good bargain.

I just can’t stand the way these smell and taste—to me, it’s a mixture of stable floor sweepings and plastic, and they make me nauseous the moment I open the bottle. They could be the best vitamins in the world and I still wouldn’t be able to choke them down. That’s too bad, because I really like this company’s products in general, but I cannot make myself use this top of line version. I’m sticking either to Klaire’s Multithera I (has no iron) and is 6 tabs/day but works best for me, or Klaire’s 2 tabs/day Vitaprime, which is cheaper and easier to take than the Multithera, but somewhat less effective.

I like the combination of nutrients EXCEPT for the choline, which gives me a constant low-grade stiff neck/headache. Instead of taking 1 cap three times daily, I only take 1 cap once daily. The headache & stiff neck only go away when I stop taking this supplement. Tylenol or motrin don't get rid of it.
