Quality you can actually feel
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients.

Decent, with a couple of caveats
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.
