Great sleep-Aid!!
I've been taking these Sundown 5 mg tablets now for 3 years and they work so good at keeping me asleep. I take 15 mg which is 3 of these pills an hour before I go to sleep and I go to sleep so peacefully and stay asleep for 6-7 hours. It's wonderful with no-side effects except for alot of dreaming. I wake up refreshed everyday. Try them their great intead of sleeping pills which are bad for you. Melatonin is 100% safe in our bodies.

It works.
The combination of the herbs and the melatonin are down right effective. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing to chill out without the side effects of regular over the counter sleep aids.
