I swear by Mason products. It may be me but I do have the fish part come back up on me, if I eat something though, the burp may not be as severe. But it doesn't deter me from taking the Mason products as I really think they're very good.

Having family members on cholesterol/statin meds for yrs, I had read that Co Q10 levels can become depleted. Vitamin E & fish oil were also deemed heart protective.
