Been using this for my daughter with CIRS, MCAS & POTS. Six months of constant nausea. Struggling to get 500-750 calories a day. Two weeks after starting this and Gastrothera her nausea was reduced enough to increase her calorie intake. She gained 6 lbs in two months of taking this. For a kid who was down to 84 lbs at 5'2" (15 yrs old) this was huge. She'd been struggling to just maintain the 84 lbs for months. Really feel like this was a cornerstone for getting her back to being able to eat and calming the constant nausea.

I am 62 years old and have had moderate acne since I was 14. I started taking this as they were recommended as good for those with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. 2 weeks later, I noticed my skin was clearing up. I have used so many harsh medicines and harsh topicals, I had about given up. I have been doing research online and found that yes, certain pro-biotics clear acne due to their ability to stop inflammation in the body. I am so surprised and happy.

My gastroenterologist told me these were the best and he was right. I take one twice a day, and they really really help with GI issues. Worth the money for sure.

Good product but dont waste your money ordering in on line. It is supposed to be shipped cold to keep live bacteria and cultures live!!!! I received it room temperatue with no cold packing. Does no good if you receive it like this. Mind as well be in the trash with your money.

I had to send this back, it is supposed to be kept cool in order to keep the flora alive. The return was done quickly and efficiently.

This product should have been shipped under temperature control and was indeed useless as the date had expired on 09/15.
