I have used sublingual melatonin for many years without a problem. I bought the time released one from this company and had a problem sleeping. I bought the three bottle package and kept one for myself. I gave one to my boyfriend and had another that I was getting ready to give to my daughter. I took it the first night and had bizarre dreams. I tossed and turned most of the night. I honestly didn’t make the connection to the melatonin. A few nights later my boyfriend took it and it had the exact same effect on him. I decided not to give the other bottle to my daughter and I just went to Amazon to request a return. I was disappointed to see that it is an item that cannot be returned. I would not buy this product again nor will I recommend anyone else buy it.

Had to stop using any sleep product that contains diphenhydramine...like Benadryl... Too bad... diphenhydramine works so well to get sleep but clinical studies have found that continuing usage of it leads to Dementia! Had to stop using immediately!<br />Melatonin is helpful, and time release is better than plain Melatonin. I use it with Valerian Root Extract which makes it work better.

This works very well! The time release is way better than the regular melatonin

Crazy dreams, sometimes so intense that it affected my sleep. This dosage may be too hard for most people. I have found better sleep at lower dosages
