I bought this to help thicken my fine hair. I don't have a thinning out problem, I just wanted to make it thicker and this product has worked wonderfully. I've been using it for maybe three months now so I've had time to evaluate it. The only negative is that the pills stink and are very bitter tasting but that's a small price to pay for nicer hair, so it doesn't really matter. I definitely recommend this product.

The ONLY hair vitamin I will use. Don't settle for a supplement with only biotin in it. This has everything your hair needs to grow faster and stronger. I have very sluggish, brittle hair and this has caused it to grow about three times as fast as it normally does, with increased thickness and lustre. No shady pill company crap either. I have not been compensated for my review, this stuff is LEGIT.

Really good product. I use this product in summer when my relaxed hair becomes super dry from the sun, this and a combination or good shampoos and conditioners.<br />The effects aren't instant though it takes about a two to four weeks or so to see results.
