I have been taking these for months and happy to have found them on here. I am very funny when it comes to taking medicine and supplements and these are good in that I get no side effects from them. I take one a day as prescribed as my vitamin D levels are low. Before taking these, I was taking some other brand which I do not remember the name of but that brand caused me to feel stuffy so I had stopped taking it until I started taking these but then again it could have been because I was taking them on an empty stomach so maybe it was that. With these I take them with my dinner and have had no problems since I have started taking them. I highly recommend these.

I leave for work by 6:30 am when it"s dark and sometimes get home in the dark, so I tried these vitamins. I love them. I didn't buy these vitamins from Amazon and wasn't even familiar with them until they were on Zulily. I still eat my vegetables, fruits and nuts but these are good supplements.
