Impressed on every front
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.

Does the job, mostly
Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.
