My favorite supplement. 6 capsules is a serving size. Methylfolate & methylcobalamin varieties of folate & B12 (NO iron)
I have a double cabinet that is packed full of a litany of vitamins, minerals and herbals because I bought everything OTC under the sun to assist my body in overcoming my complaints (sluggish thyroid the first time then years later adrenal fatigue symptoms). It can really add up money-wise but if I had to start over tomorrow this would be number one in my cabinet in addition to carlson bison liver pills, Carlson cod liver oil and/or krill oil, and acerola vitamin c . Most other supplements I try to get directly from nutrient dense food (Garden of life raw meal replacement shakes and fresh green smoothies and quality eggs) and the liver and cod liver oil are actually food, just in handy supplement form. Even that might still seem excessive to people, but I have a history of IBS and nutritionally deficient food that I'm compensating for. I've been taking this for well over a year now and I had a healthy pregnancy and a healthy smart little cherub. I chose this multivitamin over the pre-natal vitamins I had before because the pre-natals made me queasy and constipated and frankly weren't as high quality.

This is an incredible list of vitamins in very absorbable forms. I'm impressed with this product.

The ingredients listed on the website for the 950 formulation are different than what's listed on the product bottle. I originally listed the website vitamin list but that included iron in the ingredients which is not present in this product. I'm listing what's on the actual bottle below:
"Serving size: 6 capsules
Servings per container: 30 amount per serving/% daily value
vitamin A (as beta carotene) 15,000iu 300%
vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 1,000mg 1,667%
vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) (D30) 1,000iu 250%
vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol succinate) 400iu 1,333%

vitamin K (as vitamin K1, 65% vitamin K2 menaquinone-4 and 2% vitamin K2 menaquinone-7) 765mcg 956%
thiamin (as thiamin HCI) (B1) 100mg 6,667%
riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50mg 2,941%
niacin (as niacinamide) 100mg 500%
vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 25mg 1,250%
folate (as Metafolin, L-5-MTHF) 800mcg 200%

vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1,000mcg 16,667%
biotin 800mcg 267%
pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate)(B5) 400mg 4,000%
calcium (as calcium citrate) 300mg 30%
iodine (as potassium iodide) 200mcg 133%
magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 200mg 50%
zinc (as zinc picolinate) 25mg 167%
selenium (as selenomethionine) 200mcg 286%
copper (as copper glycinate) 2mg 100%
manganese (as manganese aspartate) 5mg 250%
chromium (as chromium polynicotinate) 200mcg 167%
molybdenum (as molybdenum aspartate) 100mg 133%
potassium (as potassium aspartate) 99mg 3%
boron (as boron glycinate) 2mg *
vanadium (as vanadium aspartate) 200mcg *
inositol hexaniacinate 90mg *
ascorbyl palmitate (fat-soluble vitamin C) 120mg *
riboflavin 5' phosphate (activated B2) 25mg *
pyridoxal 5' phosphate (activated B6) 25mg *
mixed carotenoids (as lutein, lycopene, zeaxanthin) 850mcg *
* daily value not established.

Recommendations: as a dietary supplement, take 4-6 capsules daily, in divided doses, with meals."
