Best I have found. They actually work because they are the correct kind of Magnesium. Others I have tried did not help much but these did. The only negative is that the bottle is twice the size it needs to be, and has about two feet of cotton to take up all the extra space.

It contains a significant amount of calcium. Not good at people at risk of calcium-based kidney stones.

My husband has been taking this brand of Magnesium Chelate for years, he usually takes 1-2 pills at bedtime, he says if he takes it too late, he is still tired in the morning. So he has to take it 8hours before he gets up in the morning. He usually starts with 1 pill if hasn’t taken it in awhile and works up to 2pills. It’s surprising how strong and quick it works to help you sleep.

These pills are huge, upset my stomach so stoped using, Had to cut up into quarters just to take. would not purchase again.
