Tastes great, good for travel

Sugar free - bonus! Easy to use - yes. Kept me from getting a full on sinus infection while on a vacation. I was sick but didn’t have to miss too much of the fun. When I got home and ran out of them I ended up having to get on antibiotics. In retrospect I should have started taking them the day I was flying out.

Not happy with this item. Didn't indicate it had artificial sweeteners. Otherwise, the taste was fine.
