Our doc took us off dairy and added this product. My brain is healing and I am beginning to get off of anxiety meds I've taken for 14 years. My chronically constipated son is healed. My daughter with allergies and asthma is off her daily meds (this required Melia Supreme also). This product is FANTASTIC.

Update: I have been taking Oscap for two years. Full disclosure, I also increased my weight bearing exercise and added more calcium rich foods to my diet. I was very pleased with my recent DEXA scan results. I was able to maintain my existing bone density in the femoral areas, and actually improved the density in my spine. This is the first scan that I have had in 20 years that didn’t show deterioration of density. I am definitely going to continue taking Oscap and I would recommend it to anyone who, like me, wants to help themself while avoiding the big pharma “solutions” that have many side effects.<br />Original Review:I bought this to try to arrest the progress of osteoporosis and hopefully build back some bone density. It will be a while before I know it works, but I like the ingredients and Thorne seems to do purity testing, quality control, etc. The capsules aren't too big to swallow easily, which is a problem for me. I take them as directed, with a meal, and haven't experienced any stomach upset or other problems. Nice that I can get this on Amazon, as my acupuncturist has had problems getting Oscap from her usual source.

I've used OsCap for almost a year. Wouldn't think of anything else. After years of over-the-counter substitutes, absolutely NOTHING compares to it's actions keeping my system solid after years of stress and complete fractures from speed walking.

OSCAPs contain not only calcium and magnesium, but also B6, folate, and D3. I was using liquid calcium/magnesium supplements, but most of them have natural flavors or ingredients for emulsification.
