Read the label carefully. You would get more C in any citrus fruit and many vegetables. Definitely not worth the price or even if it were free!

No ascorbic acid here
Non-synthetic C from berries. Bought this to fight off all of the coughing and hacking germs in the office. After this bottle though, we're going to resume obtaining our C from organic produce.
