My naturopathy physician instructed me to take this supplement (along with others if coyrse) to help keep my thyroid levels in balance. I've been taking it daily now for several years and my thyroid levels have stayed exactly where they're supposed to be.
The product smelled awful, the tablets were bridle and falling apart. I threw the whole bottle away !
Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
