Iron is important for teen girls. And, while my daughter loves them, the lack of iron at this changing time in her life is an issue.

After giving our daughter the pre-teen vitamins, now switching to the teen ones. Had contacted the company who said that even at age 11 with her body starting to change that these vitamins would be a better fit. Great!

I purchased this product for my 12 year old granddaughter after reading reviews and checking out the ingredients. I found this supplement to be of very good quality and including the vitamins, minerals and herbs needed to support a growing young lady.

For the price, this vitamin cannot be beat! In direct comparison with the more expensive vitamins for teen girls, this one provides more bang for the buck. My 12 year old does not mind swallowing these and they don't seem to have an offensive odor which you can encounter with other vitamins of this nature.

Arrived as expected in great condition both outside the package and within. The product/bottle was sealed and has expiration of 11/2019.

It was no different than buying a bottle from Sprouts, happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more through here in the future
