I have done some research on the value of this product and have been using it for a few weeks now. I am very pleased with the results. I am taking two caps twice a day between meals. I will do some blood testing in about a month to see if I see any significant changes and will update this review at that time. It should work well to aid in colon cleansing. However, I believe the benefits may go well beyond to increase ozone at the cellular level and eliminate free radicals in the body.

seems to help when I've got any type of weird gut stuff going on. just need to take it on an empty stomach.. wait until the food clears the stomach then take two with a full glass of water and it seems to clear up all types of GI symptoms. They help with my SIBO related Tinnitus as well. I take two first thing in the morning on and empty stomach and two at night on an empty stomach and two on an empty stomach anytime during the day that the gut seems unhappy.
