Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.

The taste is the dealbreaker for me — way too artificial and lingers for hours. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.

Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results.
