this calcium absorbs in my body as evidenced by 1) my teeth enamel fills in 2) my nails become whiter and healthier looking. 3) does not constipate me. Great product

I first bought this product a couple of years ago at the suggestion of an R.N. (thank you Nurses of the World!) when my disabled daughter fell out of bed and broke her leg. The ortho surgeon upon reviewing her before and after x-rays could not believe how well her leg healed and asked what I was giving her. When I told him "Bone Builder", he said to keep giving it to her. Now, this year I fell and broke my ankle. After surgery I immediately started taking Bone Builder and again my ortho surgeon (different from my daughter's doctor) wanted to know what I was taking. At my last visit he asked if I was still taking the Bone Builder (yes) and as I'm going back in September to see him for more x-rays, I will take the bottle with me for him to see as he genuinely seems interested in it. I will be buying another bottle for my first aid box. The pills are large but easy to swallow. My daughter has spina bifida and difficulty swallowing pills, but she was able to swallow them. The pills are also easy to halve. It is a nice big bottle, too.

It stopped my leg cramps immediately! I take two to three a day. I purchased this product because of the Boron and MCHC combination.

This stuff is the bomb. If you have osteoporosis, or if you want to maintain strong bones, I recommend adding one tablet daily, on top of a balanced multi-mineral supplement.

I feel that this is a better way to maintain bone health that the prescription drugs with scary side-effects. Easy to order and quick delivery.
