Wonderful, high-quality product. My husband takes 1-2 tablets of this every night to keep his legs from twitching. Has been doing this for the last 12+ years. If he tries to skip a night, or forgets to take it, his legs twitch every 22 seconds. No lie. I can't help but count it because it's really funny. Also, his "beginning to show arthritis in your upper back" diagnosis from an x-ray 12 years ago switched to "no sign of it." This stuff is awesome! Have tried others, but they do not work--can take 4 or 5 tablets of other brands and NOT get the same result. Just fork out the money and go for the good stuff. (This one.)
