They have sunflower oil as an ingredient, but it’s not listed on the Amazon site. I had to return them.

I purchased this for my daughter who has been using the pediatric version of this for years and it works great for her despite the plethora of allergies that she has. Now that she is almost 100 lbs, taking the bazillion pills every day to get the recommended amount for her is crazy, so we switched to this formulation. Unfortunately, the capsules are three-times the size as the pediatric capsules, making it very difficult for her to take them. I wish there were an in-between option where she didn't have to take a bunch of the pediatric pill, but could have an option she could still swallow.

This product was recommended to me by my acupuncturist. No side effects. I feel it gives me a sense of balance. I do not experience the weird levels of energy levels anymore since taking this product. I find I have to take the vitamins at a consistent level for it to have an effect.

This product is great for someone with soy and dairy allergies. I also needed a multi-vitamin without grapefruit bioflavonoids. This is it.

Cannot comment on results. It contained too much of overlapping supplements and I had to give t to a friend. Seems to be pretty complete supplement.
