Pharmacist recommended this to me, he carries the entire line. It's nice to have a small local pharmacy who is also into alternative treatments. I have pre hypertension for no reason at all. Except for the fact I have decades long insomnia and that does have detrimental effects on the heart and is probably my cause. During my period my BP will go up to 149/50 and i can feel it and it's effects on my body, like crazy anxiety. This totally works and within one day.
