If you have serious PMS issues, or an imbalance of hormones, this product REALLY works. My naturopath gave it to me, and without it, I'm miserable. I take 3 - 4 tablets a day, depending upon where I am in my cycle.

This was recommended to me by a naturopathic doctor after being told by my primary care physician my blood tests and awful PMS symptoms were "normal." I had very irregular periods, extreme throbbing behind my knees and elbows and sore breasts. These were the symptoms for twenty years or better. After taking the DIM & Vitex at two per day for just a month, my cycles are regular and I only have minor cramping and lower backache. Interestingly, I never had these before, but the other annoying ones are completely gone. Ibuprofen for a day or two takes care of the back and cramps. I would recommend this product to anyone who would like to try to get some relief from PMS symptoms. The thought from the naturopath was "it flushes out old estrogen." Whatever it did, it worked.

My naturopath prescribed this to me to help with my really heavy periods, painful cramps, and PMS symptoms that lasted almost all month. I started off taking one per day and noticed a huge improvement the first month. After that, I took it less frequently and can manage just fine with about three a week. If I forget to take it for a few weeks, my symptoms come roaring back the following cycle. I swear by this stuff!
