The beta carotene pills make a world of difference. I was told that my trauma cataract would not stop getting worse and eventually would need cataract surgery. After taking these supplements I have halted to progressive trauma cataract and have reversed it.

I have auto-immune deficiency and take a lot of supplements. I was not receiving the results I expected from another brand of beta carotene and ordered the trusted Solgar brand. This is quality beta carotene and I am seeing good results in a short period of time. Beta Carotene (Vitamin A) is so important for improving any deficient immune system. Great supplement!

Wife got these for aiding her immune system with zinc, vitamin b complex and towards acne. It's a 50/50 with her acne and as for her immune system, it seems to work towards it! She was getting sick constantly earlier in the year and she was told she was immune compromised and was recommended the beta carotene, zinc, and vitamin b complex. This is a great addition to the arsenal! Just get over the fishy smell and flavor of the ocean!

I checked the ingredients list before purchase and searched for &#34;no soy&#34; but I was wrong.<br />On the other panel shown above in the images, it does have soybean oil.<br />I missed it.<br />So when I took a capsule, it gave me sinus congestion. Too bad since they went through all the trouble to use oceanic algae to make beta carotene.<br />Oh well, stupid me.

This stuff is legit! Out of all the brands I have tried, this brand is my absolute favorite! The difference is night and day.

I see some positive results.
