this stuff is wonderful if you are a fat person with the flap at the base of your belly that gets a heat rash. Shower and anoint each morning and say good by to the irritation and believe it or not when that heals it is much easier to suck your gut in.

I have to use panty liners all day, every day, and can occasionally get some tissue irritation in that area. I use a small pea size amount of the cream, which has a light powder scent, and goes on very smoothly. I do notice a small amount of irritation when first applied, but that quickly goes away. I have extremely sensitive skin and often have a bad reaction to creams and ointments. This cream did not cause any reactions, other than a slight burning for about 1 minute...then it was gone. I use a sensitive skin wipe with a small amount of warm water and the cream removes easily.

Works well for chafing and broken skin. Very thick paste, petroleum based, but did not irritate my sensitive skin.

i love this product. i use it on my daughters bottom since she has extreme sensitive skin. i have used Triple Paste, A&D, Balmex, Desitin, ... u name it, and nothing worked until i got this. its a miracle cream. i use some on every diaper change and since i started using it she hasn't had a rash yet. not only does it work great its easy to clean off and u don't have no residue left over. its amazing.
