I have been using the Ultra Inflam Actin supplement for about 10 years now and I really approve of it's benefits. When I first started using it, after recommendation from a physical therapist, it was for arthritis inflammation in one knee. After three pregnancies, I now have arthritis in both knees and one hip. I have a hard time exercising some days, but when I take these, which I don't need to everyday, they really help me not ache. Definitely worth every penny.
