I'm in my late 50's now, and found myself dragging a lot. I mean dragging tired. We don't eat as healthy as we should and I'm sure I was depleted and lacking in a lot of vitamins. This has a great well rounded variety of vitamins, (not just Vitamin C)...I hate pills and this is easy to use, but the way it makes me feel is the real clincher for me. I take this everyday now. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy lvls. I roll out of bed ready to go..I get all my work done and still have energy left over...Its amazing what a few well balanced vitamins will do. I will NOT be without this!! The orange flavor is not bad, kind of like Tang..easy to drink.

This works well for treating a cold right at the onset, and it is a good, easy way to get some extra vitamin C. And I like the taste. I would recommend this product.

I think Emergen-C is an overall very good supplement with a fair price/quality ratio. It does give you an energy boost and is a good source of vitamin C as well as folic acid and other antioxidants. Also, it provides all the RDA of vitamin B12 that you need, which is great for vegetarians, like myself. I would definetely recommend this product.

Had problems with leg cramps, feet cramps, hand cramps. Wife looked up on WEB MD, fond people that tack STATINS have problems with keeping certain trace minerals in balance.<br />First time using, EMERGEN-C my for cramps went away in about a hour. Now I take a pack every day. NO MORE CRAMPS !<br />God send !

I'm a believer that these help keep colds from getting worse if you take it as soon as you feel that tickle in your throat.
