having some issues with nerv pain feet and legs, fatigue lethargic, having to take naps daily, which ive never done. Started researching these symptoms and was pointing to a b-12 complex issue.. I have found these to be the very best B complex vitamins. I have been taking them for over 30? Years at bedtime. Taking them in am gives a bit of indigestion, so taking them at night insures a happy, energetic morning. I have tried other brands, but never feel as good. Bronson gives excellent service, their products are well regulated, so I always go back to ordering them.

Ordered 2 of these. I don't like them because the tablets are so large. Should have kept looking for capsules instead. They go down easier for me.

After three days, have so much energy, almost too much, staying up late now! Works so well it is like getting a b shot! I only wish this product did not use dyes.

How can someone adequately gauge what the benefits are from any supplement? I’m really not sure. I know when I go tinkle it fluorescent yellow, so I guess there are plenty of B vitamins in the pill.
