Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.

Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
