Miracle

These B-2 tabs are a life changer for me. I used to wake up every day with a severe headache or migraine. I started taking B-2(Riboflavin) 250mg twice a day and like a miracle no more morning headaches. If I stop for a few days the headaches come right back

Relief at last!

In August 3012, due to an increasing number of migraines that also increased in duration & intensity over 3 years I went to a neurologist who - because of sensitity to medications - has had me try a natural approach utilizing supplements. She has me taking the B2 250mg, 400mg Magnesium & Butterbur 75mg. The B2 is easy to take & the combination of the above my migraines have become almost non-existant. I highly suggest your consulting a doctor & researching before using any medications or supplements.

Great product!!!

I take 500 mg once a day (prescribed by my dr) for migraine prevention)and this is a great item to have rather than taking 5- 100mg tablets. So far, migraines are managed along with the rest of my program. :)

500mg for Migraines

I also take 500mg B2 for migraines, and most health food stores only carry 50 - 100mg. I prefer only taking 2 pills, so glad Amazon carries it.

Great

I have been looking for B-2 tablets in larger size than 100mg and these just fill the bill. I take 500 mg per day for migraines and these are just the right size for 1 in the mornings and another after dinner. They have done their job and no migraines, THANKS.

This is not just B-2, it contains calcium--be forewarned!

Not that calcium is necessarily bad, but NOWHERE in the product description is it mentioned that this B-2 supplement also contains calcium, something that can interrupt and negate the absorption of certain medications and aggravate other conditions. I need the B-2 for migraines, like many other commenters, but cannot take calcium, so I was horribly disappointed when my package arrived containing extra, unexpected ingredients. At very least the product description should inform customers that their B-2 supplement also contains calcium even if they don't list all the ingredients. If the product description was accurate, I definitely would not have wasted nearly $13 on something that I cannot use. UPDATE: Amazon customer service quickly ameliorated the issue of being stuck with a product I cannot use, but be aware this supplement contains calcium in addition to riboflavin.
