Works well, and was looking for one with the fewest number of fillers. Also I needed Biotin at a lower dose per pill than 5000mg. These 1000mg. pills work well. This has proven to be the best quality brand of Biotin I have found, and verified with kinesiology. When I take this I notice a difference in how thick and healthy my hair is. Since B vitamins are water soluble, I am not concerned with taking too much--any overage of water soluble vitamins are excreted by the body.

I bought this at a local health store to try and improve my hair. Not only did my hair stop falling out, but my eyebrows have filled in. My left brow was almost bald and it is normal again. My next purchase will be from Amazon due to a better price.
