Reduces histamine & allergy symptoms
Last fall I moved to the Mojave desert and began experiencing allergy symptoms: runny/stuffy nose, sinus headaches, sneezing, coughing, hoarseness. A friend suggested I try REAL vitamin C to bowel tolerance. I did some research and found an article on GreenMedInfo.com that suggested two parts vitamin C crystals to one part vitamin C. I tried 1/2 teaspoon C crystals and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and within 45 minutes all of my symptoms were gone! I went to a choir rehearsal a couple hours later and was able to sing clearly for the first time in about 6 weeks. As long as I take C crystals once a day with baking soda, I have almost no allergy or histamine symptoms at all . I've hardly had a sniffle for 8 months . I highly recommend this product.
