I was desperate for relief from osteoarthrtis pain. Nothing seemed to help, so I went to a pain specialist who recommended cortizone injections into the joints. About that same time I read that rose hips might be effective, so I ordered a bottle of capsules and began to take them every day. Within a week there was a noticeable decrease in pain. By the time the injections were scheduled to be done, my pain was down to about 50% to 75% decrease. I have cancelled the injections for now and will continue to take the Rose Hips. I have already recommended them to several friends who suffer from arthritis pain. What a relief to finally find something that works.

My father suffers from severe knee joint pain due to arthritis. After trying glucosamine/chondroitin/msm supplements which suit many people and failing to get any results from it, my father started taking DSM's I-Flex supplements, he saw a subtle but consistent benefit when he consistently started taking it, DSM I-Flex was shelved off the stores a year ago and since then I have been looking for a suitable substitute for him. Luckily I stumbled upon Solaray at the Whole Foods store and was able to find Rose Hips(DSM I-Flex's primary ingredient) dietary supplements, these are great and work exactly like what my father previously used. Would highly recommend for joint/knee pain. Packaging is great, each bottle has a fresh seal on it as well. Highly recommended product.

I take these as an alternative to glucosamine+ which didn’t work well for me. They’re not great for knees but seem to really work well for my hips. Plan ahead as the shipping can be a little unpredictable. Still, worth the wait!

I think this is a great product. I have had trouble with joint pain all my adult life. This stuff really works and is reasonable. Had some lower back pain to the point that I could hardly walk. Noticed a difference right from the first capsule. I took two capsules in the morning and two more in the evening and it took all the pain out. Three capsules took 80% of pain out.

Excellent version of rose hips! With regular use of this product I am melting my stubborn abdominal fat quickly!
