My guinea pigs need 25mg of vitamin C a day and I was having a hard time finding a brand they liked in the pet world. I now use this and split each pill into four pieces with a pill cutter. The piggies come scrambling up to their cage walls when they smell (hear?) the vitamin C jar shaking. I'm sure it's fine for people too. :)

I actually bought these for my guinea pigs since they quit making the ones they were taking. One Piggie loves them and the other won't touch it yet. I break it up into four parts so it's not too strong.

I am using these for guinea pigs. I cut them into quarters for approx 25mgs each. One per day. The guinea pigs love the taste and I can always snag one myself as they do taste like concentrated oranges, very yummy. Tablets are fresh and clean, well sealed and unbroken.<br />7-4-2018<br />Fourth time ordering these. The guinea pig still loves them! Still quality, fresh tablets. I sneak a few now and then. I count these as one of the reasons I have a 10 year old guinea pig!

Bought these for guinea pigs when a guinea pig specific brand was discontinued. My vet recommended 50mg of Vitamin C per day for my pigs and suggested a children's chewable. As others have commented, this product is perfect for quartering and has an orange flavor that isn't bad (I have tasted them). All three of my guinea pigs readily eat the tablet quarters.

We love Orange Juice Vitamin C's in our house. My older 3 kids take the adult ones and I had been biting my toddlers' in half but decided to try these so I wouldn't have to do that anymore. These are the perfect toddler size!

I bought this as a supplement for my guinea pigs while they were recovering from mange mites and one of my piggies hated them; even when I crushed the tablets and sprinkled a bit onto her favorite veggies, she would not bite. Those veggies ended up being eaten by the other pig.
