Magnesium Citrate Caps 90-count
I use this three or four caps a day to help with fibromyalgia pain. It is important to never take magnesium with aluminum containg drugs. i.e. antacids. So, I take my prescriptions, and OTC drugs with breakfast, and take the magnesium all at once, with lunch or between lunch and supper. I have never mixed magnesium tablets or capsules with prescription drugs. This is the first bottle of magnesium that I have seen that say's you can take between meals. However, I have not tried doing that. Magnesium Citrate is very easy to digest. Each capsule has 170 mg of Magnesium. Other ingredients are: Hydroxypropl methylcellulose, and magnesium stearate. The back of the bottle say's: Magnesium in the citrate form. As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. High doses of magnesium can have a laxative effect. Contraindicated with use of alumnum containing drugs. This nutrient is of the highest quality and purity obtainable, and does not contain preservatives, diluents, or artificial additives. Store in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.
