I love this shake! It taste great mixed with apple juice. This shake is loaded with vitamins that will benefit the growth of your hair, help with skin healing, and nail strength. Please keep in mind that with most vitamins it usually takes approximately 2 months to see results with growth(thats because if there was a miracle drug out there - we would all be on it). However, I have used this in the past and I KNOW it works. I mix this with a 1/2 tsp of MSM and Green Powder (Superfood-any) and have it for lunch. You can usually see results in your nail strength in about 10 days. The only drawback is this is only a two week supply, so if you have coupons you may want to stock up :)

Every time I use this product, my hair starts growing. I've used this for years. It's best to use a liquid that doesn't contain any sweetener. This product is sweet enough (contains 8g of sugar).<br /><br />UPDATE<br />The above review was on May 16 2017. I purchased the product through Herbalishous. I reordered the same product again June 6 2017 but this time it was through Nutition Depot. I don't know who they are but the product is HORRIBLE tasting. I'ver used Ultra Hair Shake for well over 15 years and never has it tasted so bad. IF IT&#34;S SOLD BY NUTRITION DEPOT DON'T PURCHASE IT. This company gets &#34;zero&#34; stars from me.

I used this for a long time and it did work for me. my hair thickened up and was shiny, but I stopped using it as I got older because of the iron in it. I just didn't feel that I needed extra iron mostly because of my age. I was in my mid sixties when I used this for a few yrs. I'm now 74 and my hair has thinned out again. I would buy this again except for the iron. I used the vanilla and the taste was very good.
