I bought these for my teenage daughter because taking adult once-daily vitamins was making her nauseated. Switching to taking one of these with each meal has eliminated that problem. She's much happier about taking her vitamins now!
Great multivitamin that my teen actually takes. Was purchasing elsewhere and was happy to see them on Amazon. He hates the gummy type vitamin that seems to be the in thing right now, and I am just happy he takes it and it seems to work well. Pleased.
Please be aware, if this is something you care about, that these are NOT vegetarian. They have gelatin in them. I'm surprised they can even label these with the words "vegetarian capsules," because gelatin is the exact ingredient often used in capsules that vegetarians can't have. I thought that in the world of supplements, "vegetarian capsules" was synonymous with "does not contain gelatin." Now I'll know to read bottles more carefully!<br />If you're vegetarian or vegan, there are plenty of other supplements, including multivitamins and including some in capsules, that you can take with a clear conscience. Just read the label, apparently!

Great vitamin for my 13-yr-old son. Reasonable size capsule. Can take without food and doesn't make him nauseous.
