Good but not perfect
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.

Highly recommend this one
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Arrived sealed and well packaged, with a scoop that was actually easy to find. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.
